TARIFF  

Bookings can be as short as one night, weeks or even months. Please refer to terms & conditions page before going ahead with the booking.

Please be aware that this is primarily a self catering accommodation. 

The tariff below is for guide lines only and please enquiry further with a specific number of people and the length of the stay for a more definite pricing.

 

Nightly Tariff: 

from £115 a night.

Tariff may be higher if no of nights are less than a month.

Number of people do not affect the rate. 

Please contact owner indicating no of adults, children, and nights.

Then you will be given a tariff accordingly.

For single overnight guests can stay from £40 a night. This is subject to availability.

CAPACITY

Medlar House  accommodates up to 7 people, (including the sofa bed and the guest bed in the living room). 

One twin room - two single beds

One double room - one double bed

One single room - one single bed

Sofabed: Located in the living room (one por two people sharing)

Guestbed: A portable guestbed which can be put anywhere.

NOTE: There is one bathroom and is shared between guests.
